MyPrintListings.com is a listings marketplace for used printing, bindery, and finishing equipment. We provide the space for buyers and sellers to find each other and communicate directly - we are not a party to any transaction, auction house, broker, or escrow service.

No Liability for Transactions

MyPrintListings.com is a listings platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we are not liable for any equipment purchased or sold through this website, including fraudulent listings or scams. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent activity, scams, or violation of these terms.

Listings

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings - condition, specifications, photos, and pricing.
• Every listing is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible; approval does not constitute a guarantee of accuracy by the Platform.
• Listing fees, where applicable, are described in our Seller Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or scam listings.
• Impersonating another person or business.
• Using the Platform to circumvent applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
