By using MyPrintListings.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

About the Platform

MyPrintListings.com is a listings marketplace for used printing, bindery, and finishing equipment. We help buyers and sellers connect and communicate directly. We are not an auction house, broker, or escrow service, and we are not a party to transactions between users.

Transactions and Responsibility

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions, including payment, inspection, shipping, delivery, and resolving disputes.

Users are responsible for verifying the other party's identity, the seller's ownership and authority to sell, the equipment's condition, and payment arrangements before completing a transaction.

MyPrintListings.com does not guarantee any user, listing, equipment, payment, or transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, including fraudulent listings, scams, nonpayment, or misrepresented equipment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, scams, or violations of these terms.

Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, condition, specifications, photos, pricing, and availability. Sellers must have the legal right to sell the equipment and permission to use the content they upload.

Every listing is reviewed before publication. Review or approval does not mean that we have verified the seller, inspected the equipment, or guaranteed the listing's accuracy.

We may reject or remove listings that violate these terms. Sellers must promptly update or remove listings when equipment is sold or no longer available.

Fees and Subscriptions

Applicable listing fees and subscription terms are described in our Seller Policy and displayed before payment. Review those terms for billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Post fraudulent, false, or misleading listings.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• List stolen equipment or equipment you are not authorized to sell.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Use the Platform for unlawful activity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
