Buyer accounts are free. MyPrintListings.com does not charge buyers to search listings, save equipment, save searches, or contact sellers. Equipment purchases and related costs are paid directly to the seller or service provider.

Buy Directly From Sellers

MyPrintListings.com connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, broker, auction house, or escrow service.

Buyers and sellers arrange pricing, inspections, payment, pickup, freight, and delivery directly with each other.

Verify Before You Buy

Before making a payment or completing a purchase, you are responsible for:

• Confirming the seller's identity and legal authority to sell the equipment.
• Verifying the equipment's condition, specifications, and included accessories through an inspection, live video demonstration, or qualified inspector.
• Agreeing in writing on the price, payment terms, and any warranties, returns, or refunds.
• Choosing a payment method and understanding its protections and risks.
• Confirming arrangements and costs for dismantling, loading, pickup, freight, and delivery, as applicable.

Keep copies of the listing, communications, invoice, and payment records.

Platform Responsibility

We do not guarantee sellers, listings, equipment condition, or transaction outcomes. Review or approval of a listing does not mean we have verified the seller or inspected the equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPrintListings.com is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, including scams, nonpayment, nondelivery, or misrepresented equipment. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Reporting a Problem

If you believe a listing or account is fraudulent or misleading, contact us with the listing details and any supporting information so we can review it.

For problems involving equipment, payment, delivery, returns, or refunds, contact the seller directly. Reporting a problem to MyPrintListings.com does not guarantee a refund or resolution.
