Free to Start

Creating a seller account is free. You can add your company details and prepare draft listings without being charged.

Pricing and Billing

Listing subscriptions cost $10.00 per approved listing, per month, with a $200.00 monthly cap per seller account. At 20 listings, you reach the cap. Additional listings do not increase your monthly listing subscription charge.

Billing begins only after a listing is approved and published. Draft listings, listings awaiting initial approval, and rejected listings are not charged.

Each listing subscription renews automatically until the listing is deleted. To stop future charges, delete the listing from your account before its next billing date.

The current month's listing fee is nonrefundable and is not prorated if the equipment sells or the listing is deleted before the month ends. Deleting a listing prevents its next monthly renewal charge.

We will notify sellers of pricing changes before they take effect.

Listing Review

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it becomes publicly visible. Each listing must include at least one photo before submission.

Editing a live listing temporarily removes it from public view and returns it to review. It becomes visible again after approval.

Review or approval does not mean we have verified ownership, inspected the equipment, or guaranteed the listing's accuracy.

Your Responsibilities

As a seller, you are responsible for:

• Accurately describing the equipment's condition, specifications, price, availability, and included accessories.
• Having the legal right to sell the equipment.
• Using photos and other content you own or have permission to use.
• Responding to buyer inquiries and honoring agreed transaction terms.
• Promptly updating or deleting listings when equipment is sold or no longer available.
• Arranging payment, inspection, loading, pickup, freight, and delivery directly with the buyer, as applicable.

We may reject or remove fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited listings and suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

No Sales Commission

MyPrintListings.com does not take a commission on equipment sales. Our listing subscription fee is separate from any payment processing, shipping, or other transaction costs you arrange.

Transactions and Platform Responsibility

MyPrintListings.com connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to their transactions and do not act as a broker, auction house, or escrow service.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying identities, equipment condition, ownership, and payment arrangements. We do not guarantee buyers, payments, or transaction outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPrintListings.com is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, including scams, nonpayment, or transaction disputes. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
