CREASING MACHINE DESCRIPTION, Traditional rotary scoring machines use circular blades that are in constant motion as the stock passes through them. This creates a plowing action that actually cuts through the top fibers of the paper or card in order to create a score. Inevitably this weakens the paper and encourages cracking. In contrast, the Morgana ElectoCreaser employs a unique creasing rule and matrix as illustrated overleaf, that eliminates tearing and, therefore, cracking. Key Product Features, Fast & easy to setup, Semi-automatic foot switch operation, Two creasing widths as standard, 0.04″ and 0.06″, Takes stock up to 0.015″ (approx 150lb cover), Rule and matrix guaranteed for life, Heavy duty, Two adjustable backstops for multiple creases, Crease without cracking, Choose ElectroCreaser Model 36 for crease widths up to 14.17″ or ElectroCreaser Model 52 for crease widths up to 20.47″. The ElectoCreaser is solidly constructed to give years of trouble-free use. Both models offer many unique features and are ideally suited for short to medium creasing volumes.
